The fifth annual Riga-Tony Awards, awards for excellence presented by the Ponca Playhouse, was held last night and the winners were:

Sean Rethmeier for Actor in a leading role for the Crucible, Marlys Cervantes for Actress in a Leading Role for 33 Variations, Actor in a Supporting Role went to Mark Thornton for 33 Variations and the award for Actress in a Supporting Role went to Storm Fields for The Crucible.

Best play for the season was tied with The Crucible and Duck Hunter Shoots Angel receiving equal votes and best set design Creation and Costume Design Creation was won by the musical High Society.

Megan Phipps of Anderson and Company was this years volunteer of the year for her excellent work over the years on hair and makeup.

Youth actor awards were won by JP Mays for Duck Hunter Shoots Angel and Abriana Suprobo for High Society.
