BLACKWELL – The City of Blackwell released a statement on Facebook Wednesday that they are aware of an error in electric bill calculations.
The electric bill errors have been reported with bills due on Sept. 21(accounts beginning with 21-30). The consumption is correct, but the formula is incorrect on those bills only. This is an isolated incident. Accurate bills will be sent out quickly.
The City of Blackwell apologizes for any inconvenience as they are working hard to resolve this situation.
