PONCA CITY – With it being a foggy morning across northern Oklahoma and southern Kansas, Ponca City Crossing Guard Debbie Turner of Ponca City would like to remind everyone to be extra cautious and careful when driving.
Not only does the fog make it tough to see other vehicles on the road, but the fog makes it extra tough to see children and teens walking on sidewalks and at crosswalks heading to school. Fog can also make it hard to see anyone that might be getting out of vehicles along streets at schools.
Be sure to drive slower on foggy mornings. Especially within school zones.
