ARKANSAS CITY, KAN. – The Arkansas City Police Department arrested three suspects on Wednesday, June 5, on suspicion of drug charges after executing a search warrant.
38-year old Brandon Dian Eagan was arrested on suspicion of five felony counts of aggravated endangering a child by exposure to the distributing of methamphetamine, and 43-year-old Claudia Jane Hutton received two felony counts of the same suspicion. Eagan also has three felony counts of possession of opiates. Eagan was also arrested on suspicion of two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia well as one misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting a felony drug crime.
46-year-old Timothy Scott Massey was arrested on four felony counts of no drug tax stamp and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Hutton also has one felony count each of no drug tax stamp, possession of opiates and use of a communication facility to commit a felony drug violation. Massey also faces two felony counts of aggravated endangering a child by exposure to the distributing of methamphetamine, and one felony count of use of a communication facility to commit a felony drug violation.
All three suspects were transported and booked into the Cowley County Jail with three separate bonds. $27,500 for Eagan, $60,000 for Hutton and $75,000 for Massey. All three suspects remain in custody.
