While Wednesday looks to be a sunny day with a high near 50, the National Weather Service in Norman is calling for a significant winter storm that will develop later in the week. The storm will bring freezing rain, sleet and snow to much of Oklahoma and parts of North Texas. Snow and ice accumulations are likely in Northwest Oklahoma from Thursday night through Saturday. Weather updates can be provided around the clock on Sunny 1230 and 104.7 The Bull from Dan Holiday and Jennifer Naramore in the Oklahoma Storm Watch Weather Center. If you’re group, organization or business has a closing or cancellation to report at any time this winter, email the information to us, along with a contact number, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
